By accessing or using SynergicGuru ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SynergicGuru is an AI-powered document learning platform that enables users to upload documents and engage in interactive voice learning sessions with artificial intelligence.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided once sessions have been used. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase for exceptions.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant SynergicGuru a limited license to process and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not share your documents with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI responses are generated for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, or medical advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed, and you should independently verify any critical information.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Learning session time limits (15 minutes per session) are enforced regardless of connectivity issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
SynergicGuru is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
